SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Tax Financial LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Express Consent: You are providing express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and service needs.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Purchase Required: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or receiving services.

Opt-Out & Support

• Program: Tax Resolution Confidential Consultation: When you opt-in for our tax resolution confidential consultation, you agree to receive appointment reminders via SMS. You can subscribe by checking the appropriate box on our website.
• Messaging Assistance: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to cva@clergytaxresolution.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 text message reminders regarding your appointment. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
